Trip to Sedona, AZ for Schenk & Mendoza wedding

We started our trip to Sedona, AZ for Derrick and Nina's wedding at about 8:30 Friday morning..
I was driving and Jeremy took some pictures until we swapped places a few hours later.
Not knowing that a setting had been changed on my camera, our first few pictures are in black and white with a special color enhancer on.

This is the beginning of Lake Mead. It holds the water source for NV, CA and AZ. It's the largest man-made lake in the world.

This is another bridge that is being built at the Hoover Dam. We are about the driver over the existing bridge and cross over the dam and drive up around the mountains.. I had never seen this before.

That is a goat :-)

...and now in color
Jeremy and I have switched and he is driving.

Levi and Kaleb did very well for such a long trip

We are following Bill and Trish. We're driving their big family car, and they are diving Bill's mom's car. We borrowed it from her.

Ah, this was a long traffic stop because of an accident.

...and we're off again

cows grazing

stopping to fill up

This was a mail truck, driving 75 mph, but we were close enough for me to get a good close up picture of Tweety Bird.

choo choo

we are quite close by this time to Sedona.

Here we are! What a quaint little town... nice shops and little restaurants all over.
Quite the tourist attraction.

Our little hotel room. We shared one with Brian and Lindsey.
Bill and Tricia were down the hall in a much larger room. :-)

Great pictures, the feature you were refering to is Color Accent... You can tell you had it set to blue! hahahah the pictures are great! I love the ones in town one picture in particualr, but I have for forgotten which one... The boys look like they did pretty well. I'm glad you had such a nice time! 10 more days!
